J&J’s Estate (SJJ Limited) is a real estate agency in Malta founded in 2023 by Steven Aumaitre and Natalia Martinez Montilla. We help people rent and buy residential and commercial property across the island.
Many of our clients are moving to Malta from abroad, often at short notice. We know how stressful that can be, so we focus on speed, honesty and availability: real listings, real prices, and a team that answers.
We speak English, French and Spanish, and we organise viewings in person or by video call.
